We had an amazing weekend. Everything was perfect and she had such a great time which really made me happy. Friday after I was finished work we headed off to the campsite where her parents and her aunt and uncle were staying. It was an interesting adventure to say the least. We got lost about 5 times or so because the GPS would tell you to turn at the last second or wouldn't tell you specifics. We also drove through the ghetto. Jackie asked me if she should put up the sun roof in the car, my response: "Um... yeah...definitely do that." When you're dealing with pole vaulting car jackers, you can't be too careful.

After that we arrived at the campsite and hung around the campfire drinking and being loud and obnoxious. My kind of night ;) Jackie and Jackie's mom finally realized me and Bill were being way too loud and offensive and swiftly made us go to sleep. After that Jackie put on Cars to watch which I barely watched because I ended up passing out during key scenes of the film. The morning after I was a lot easier to wake up than Jackie was but she's so cute when she's sleepy :P We then had breakfast and hung around for a while until we had to leave and get ready for our dinner date.

Jackie needed her other car driven to her parents place so after that we pretty much lounged around the house and I entertained myself while Jackie took a short nap. The restaurant doesn't close until 11pm so we had plenty of time to get ready. After her nap, we headed back to my house and got all dressed up. Jackie looked amazing in her dress which I'll post in this entry.

We went to Chestnut Hill to Cin Cin which is a Chinese/ French restaurant. We were ready to be seated as soon as we walked in which was amazing and we got the best seat in the place right beside their frosted glass centerpiece. The food was AMAZING. We stared out with an order of pan fried dumplings which were great with or without soy sauce. For our meal Jackie had the filet mignon with grilled veggies, and I had the Peking Duck with housin sauce and scallions wrapped in chinese pancakes, for dessert I had the berries in season which is a pastry shell with white chocolate mousse,strawberries and raspberries in the center. Jackie had tiramisu which she said was the best she's ever had. Then to finish the meal they gave us 2 fortune cookies dipped in dark chocolate. We really had a great time there and Jackie had this huge smile on her face and I couldn't take my eyes off of her :)

After dinner we walked around Chestnut Hill for a little bit. Didn't get too far because the two of us were waaaaaay too stuffed to move. Plus everything was closed around that time anyway. We then got a really nice room at the double tree hotel. It was nicer than I thought it would be since the chain is mostly geared to businesses so I thought we would be getting the bare minimum (which was fine with us since we only needed a room) The coffee and tea was very good, the bathroom was huge, there was an lcd tv in the bedroom, and the bed was big enough to fit 5 rosie o donnells.

Sunday we checked out and I took Jackie and kate to see Wall E at the movie theater. I highly recommend you all see it. At first I really had no interest in seeing it but I actually really really enjoyed it. I love the character, the movie is both funny and sad, and it has a pretty important message through the entire film. It was very well done and again I highly recommend it.

So in all it was a wonderful weekend and we had an amazing time together :) Thank you for the Anniversary wishes!

6 month anniversary plans

This weekend is going to be a busy one So I won't been online for about 4 days (I also get monday and tuesday off from work woot!),
It's our 6 month anniversary tomorrow.

Jackie is coming over later today and right after work ( I have a 10:30-8:30 pm shift) we're meeting up with her parents and sleeping over where they're camping then sticking around for breakfast and possibly lunch. Then saturday we're heading back to PA and down to Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia and having dinner at Cin Cins for our 6 month anniversary then going around the shops there. Sunday we're going to see Wall-E and then either The Incredible Hulk or Wanted. I really hope she has a good time :) Crashing over her folk's house on sunday night. See ya when I get back!

The saga continues.

My grandmother comes over today in tears. Stellaaaaaaaaaaa is driving her insane and she came to us because there's no one she can talk to. Stellaaaaaaaaa insists that they always go out to eat.

The prelude to this is my grandpop complaining that the radio plays too much Frank Sinatra and he's tired of hearing it and basically goes on a rant about it. So my grandmom makes the mistake of telling Stellaaaaaaaaaaaa this. Later on they get into an argument over something like paying the bill or whatever. Stella says something along the lines of, " I feel the same way about you like Joe (my grandpop) feels about Sinatra!" so my grandmom just walks away. One day they ate lunch at another place and my grandmother got really sick. Stellaaaaaaaaaaa was completely fine the rest of the day then started complaining she wasn't feeling good. A couple hours later Stellaaaaaaaaa suggests they go out and get sandwiches somewhere. And my grandmom says, well you were complaining you were sick I don't think sandwiches would be good. How about we eat at the cracker barrel instead and you can have soup or something instead? Stellaaaaaaaaaa says that the Cracker Barrel is too rich and my grandmother misheard her and asks her to repeat. Stellaaaaaaaaa Leans close to her and yells RICH! R-I-C-H! RICH! Then she told us that Stellaaaaaaaaaa wanted to go to a chinese buffet, when they got there suddenly stella loses her appetite. and my grandmother says well you're the one who suggested we go here. Stellaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa says " You don't want to know what I'm thinking about you right now. So my grandmom gets in her face and says " I don't give a damn what you think about me!" Score: Mom mom : 1 Stellaaaaaaaaaa : 0

Then my grandmom finally stops giving into Stellaaaaaaaaaa and insists on paying the bill this time. Stellaaaaaaaa grabs the bill out of the waitresses hands and nearly rips it in two. Another story my grandmom told me was that Stellaaaaaaaa has a thing about being alone on christmas. She won't talk to anyone and noone can talk to her and she sits in her room and thinks all day about christmas of the past years. phewwwwwwwww. I thought to myself, she thinks about christmas of the past years of being voluntarily alone and in solitude...that's pretty fucked up.

So I finally fessed up and told my grandmother how I really felt about Stella. Kate insisted that Stella needs a penis. Dad flipped and told my grandmom if she doesn't tell Stellaaaaaaa to pack her bags and leave by wednesday, he'll come over there and personally tell her. My grandmom got the number of the doctor's wife on her caller ID so she'll call them and have her ass picked up if Stellaaaaaa makes no effort to contact them.

Just when you thought it was safe.... STELLAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

She's back folks. She's staying with my grandparents because either she drove the people who she was staying with completely insane and they gave her the boot, or she doesn't like living with them because they're not devoting enough attention to her ( or she annoyed them enough to commit suicide and the police haven't discovered their bodies yet.) Whichever reason she's there and staying " temporarily" with my grandparents. If you recall, STELLAAAAAAAAA has not met my sister yet and my grandmom is still trying to make that happen by calling the house like crazy and my sister's cell phone. Kate has been doing her best to avoid this meeting as much as possible. That vampire is not meeting my sister. So help me with a garlic necklace on, I will press a silver crucifix on her head and squirt holy water right in her eyes. Apparently she's driving my grandmother insane. Oh and speaking of driving she's guilt tripping my grandmother again to drive her to Jersey to see her niece. Also STELLAAAA is trying to guilt trip her into having her LIVE with my grandparents. My mom told her right off the bat don't let her, you have to take care of yourselves. That's the truth. My grandpop can hardly get around much anymore, they're both retired, and well....they should enjoy their lives for fuck's sakes!!

The urge to blog has not been strong lately. Either I'm occupied with something or I just...well I just don't feel like it. At least 5 or 6 times I've written blogs out or a good amount of writing and clicked on the little x on the right hand corner. Have used Twitter here and there but not much. In fact come to think of it I haven't really used the computer as much except to listen to music and occasionally check an email or two. Jackie likes when I blog so she can read them while she's at work. As for you guys, do you read this? Do you actually want me to fill you in on updates of my life, etc.? Not saying I'm getting rid of my lj but I'm just curious.

Ok so updates and what not. I've decided to work during the week now because being out of school is driving me insane. I hate it. Plus dad takes the truck to work and I live in the middle of nowhere where nothing is in walking distance. Also I can pick up more hours of course which gives me something to do and I get more pay. It's a win win situation.

If you don't know this or not I'm working at the zoo again. This time I'm in the guest services department. Most of the time I do caricatures which I enjoy doing. I've been out of touch with drawing for awhile so it gives me good practice. I also love working with kids. You would think this job would make me save up for a vasectomy in the future but it doesn't! Kids are great, they love the drawings I make them and that makes me happy to come to work. The parents are pretty stupid but that's another story.

Things are great with Jackie. I love her more than anything and she just makes me completely happy. Her family is great too and I have fun with them whenever I come over and they think pretty highly of me as well and so do her friends. Our 6th month anniversary is coming up on the 29th of this month and I have plans to take her to this very nice restaurant in Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia and it's called CIn-Cin. The food there is amazing and it's an interesting combo. It's chinese meets french cuisine. Here's the site if you wanna take a look. There's a menu there as well. My manager was awesome enough to give me the 28th and the 29th off :)

My sister Kate graduates this Friday. I asked her if she's excited and I think her general answer was that she just wants to get it done and get the hell out of there lol. I think she'll have a good time though. I have to work that friday but I don't start until 5pm so I'll definitely be there. Kate had her prom and she looked so pretty. She didn't really have that great of a time though which started with a bunch of purses stolen off a table and some of the girls lost cameras, money, house and car keys. Luckily kate had hers on her. They couldn't get their pictures taken though because the place was pretty much on lock down. I did manage to take some before she and her boyfriend left for prom though. These were taken in our back yard:

Hey everyone, after the lovely Jackie made me those amazing t shirts featuring my artwork, I thought it would be cool if I sold them. They look great and I get comments about them all the time. I went with the basic shop on cafe press but I was wondering if it was worth going premium so I can add more products since basic only allows you to use one type of product per shop ( i.e. one white t shirt or one dark t shirt per design.)
